Dr. Omid Rahat

Dr Omid Rahat is a board-certified ENT surgeon with 22 years of experience, trained across Europe and the USA. He is licensed to practice in Hungary, Sweden, and the UK, and holds consultant credentials with the UAE's Department of Health, Dubai Health Authority, and Ministry of Health. Since moving to the UAE in 2008, he spent nearly 15 years at Tawam Hospital, a major teaching hospital, where he also held academic positions as lecturer and associate professor at the United Arab Emirates University medical faculty.

Dr Rahat has broad surgical expertise across all areas of ENT. He performs numerous pediatric procedures including adenoidectomy, tonsillectomy, airway assessment in newborns, and complex reconstructions for airway narrowing and cleft abnormalities. He is experienced in sinus surgery, rhinoplasty, septoplasty (straightening the nasal partition), and managing nosebleeds.
