Dr. Thamir Al-Kasab

Dr. Thamir Al-Kasab is a specialist urologist trained in Canada at Princess Margaret Cancer Center, University of Toronto, one of North America's leading cancer institutions. He completed his urology residency at Alexandria University in Egypt (2009) and advanced training in minimally invasive endourology and laparoscopic techniques (2010). He holds two fellowships in uro-oncology (clinical and research) and is highly skilled in robotic-assisted prostate surgery and pelvic lymph node dissection.

Dr. Al-Kasab specializes in diagnosing and managing cancers of the prostate, kidney, bladder, and testicles, as well as benign prostate conditions. He has authored and presented numerous papers on early detection and treatment of prostate cancer—his primary area of focus—at major American and Canadian urological conferences. His work combines both medical and surgical approaches to cancer care.

He is now based at Al Zahra Hospital's cancer center in Dubai, where he aims to establish a prostate screening and treatment center offering advanced diagnostic and surgical techniques.
