Dr. Hasan Husein Moshtohry

Dr. Hasan Moshtohry is an experienced internist with more than 20 years of clinical practice in hospital and healthcare settings. He holds an MBBCh, an MSc in Medicine from Egypt, and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh (since 2023). His credentials include MRCP UK certification, the Jordanian Board in Internal Medicine, and the European Diploma in Critical Care Medicine, reflecting broad training across general medicine and intensive care.

Dr. Moshtohry specializes in acute medicine, diabetes and endocrine disorders, gastrointestinal conditions, and cardiovascular disease management, with particular expertise in blood pressure and cholesterol management. He is skilled in general acute medicine, patient safety, and medical education. Currently at Mediclinic Abu Dhabi, he leads the Urgent Care Centre at Al Noor Hospital and chairs both the Morbidity & Mortality committee and the Antibiotics Stewardship Programme, roles that underscore his commitment to clinical governance and safe prescribing.

Before joining Mediclinic, he spent four years as associate director of the internal medicine training programme at Mafraq Hospital, and previously served as an examiner for the Royal College of Physicians Ireland (2017–2019).
