Dr. Arkan Sam Sayed Noor is a Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon with over 20 years of experience in comprehensive orthopedic care. He trained at prestigious institutions including Umeå University in Sweden, where he earned his doctorate in orthopedics and held a professorial position in trauma and orthopedic surgery. He also trained at Karolinska University in Stockholm and has held fellowships with the Royal College of Surgeons across multiple countries (Ireland, Glasgow, and Edinburgh). Now practicing at Emirates Palm Clinic in Dubai, Dr. Noor brings international expertise to the region.
