Dr. Karim Khalil

Mr. Karim Khalil is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in adult mental health and psychotherapy. Based at American Hospital Dubai, he brings extensive experience in supporting patients from diverse backgrounds, fluent in both English and Arabic. His training includes a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Haigazian University in Lebanon and a Bachelor of Arts from York University in Canada, with clinical training completed at the American University of Beirut Medical Center.

Karim's clinical work focuses on individual psychotherapy with particular expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relational psychodynamic therapy, and trauma therapy. Beyond his private practice, he has collaborated with several non-governmental organizations across the Middle East to support vulnerable populations affected by violence, trauma, and interpersonal difficulties.
