Dr. Nishad Chemmangath

Dr. Nishad Chemmangath is a Specialist Otolaryngologist at Zulekha Hospital, Sharjah, with nearly 10 years of clinical experience in ear, nose, and throat surgery. He completed his MBBS at Government Medical College, Calicut, and his Master of Surgery in ENT from K.S. Hegde Medical College, Mangalore. He then pursued advanced fellowships in endoscopic nasal and sinus surgery at MCV ENT Specialty Hospital, Coimbatore, and in endoscopic ear surgery at Nerumathi ENT Specialty Hospital, India.

Dr. Nishad specializes in minimally invasive endoscopic procedures for conditions including chronic sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, hearing loss, tinnitus, voice disorders, and sleep-related breathing problems. His surgical expertise includes functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), endoscopic ear surgery with eardrum repair, nasal septum straightening, turbinate reduction, adenoid and tonsil removal, and management of nosebleeds and nasal fractures. He is currently pursuing specialist training in allergy and asthma management.

Throughout his career, Dr. Nishad has worked across India, Oman, and the UAE. He was recognized as the Best Performing Doctor by Oman's Ministry of Health in 2018. He is fluent in seven languages, making him accessible to diverse patient populations in the region.
