Dr. Saeed Elian Aboueida

Dr. Saeed Elian Aboueida is a consultant paediatrician and paediatric oncologist with over four decades of clinical experience. He graduated from Alexandria University in 1983 and trained at Alexandria University hospitals before joining Dubai Health Authority, where he worked for more than 23 years. He holds a medical degree from Alexandria University, a Diploma in Child Health from the Royal College of Physicians in Dublin, Ireland, and is Arab Board certified in paediatrics. He has spent more than 10 years working in a dedicated paediatric blood disorders and cancer centre in Dubai, collaborating with specialists trained in Germany.

Dr. Saeed specializes in managing complex paediatric cases across general paediatrics, blood disorders, and childhood cancer. He has extensive hands-on experience with bone marrow sampling, bone marrow biopsy, spinal taps, and chemotherapy injected into the spinal fluid. He also has a particular interest in newborn screening and health checks, childhood vaccinations, growth monitoring, and allergic conditions including hay fever and asthma in children.

Dr. Saeed has contributed to medical education as a teaching staff member at Dubai Medical College for Girls and as a postgraduate supervisor in paediatrics, blood disorders, and oncology. He is an active member of the World Allergy Organization and has attended multiple international conferences on asthma management.
