Dr. Junus Harris

Dr. Junus Harris is a Consultant Anaesthesiologist with over 20 years of international experience across India, Saudi Arabia, Ireland and the UAE. He has been attached to Mediclinic City Hospital and Dubai Healthcare City since 2011, and currently practises at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital. His career spans tertiary care settings including Aseer Central Hospital in Saudi Arabia, NMC Specialty Hospital in Dubai and Galway University Hospital in Ireland.

Dr. Junus is skilled in general anaesthesia and advanced regional techniques including spinal blocks, epidural injections and ultrasound-guided nerve blocks. He manages pain relief during childbirth (obstetric analgesia), provides anaesthesia for day-case procedures, and handles complex perioperative care for patients undergoing major surgery across orthopaedics, gynaecology, obstetrics, plastic surgery, ear-nose-throat, gastroenterology, ophthalmology, urology, general surgery and paediatric cases. He is also experienced in invasive monitoring and vascular access placement.

He holds the FCARCSI (Fellow of the College of Anaesthesiologists of Ireland) and a diploma in interventional pain management from Montpellier University in France.
