Dr. Husam M Saleh

Dr. Husam Saleh is a neurosurgeon with 28 years of experience treating complex brain and spinal conditions. He completed his medical degree (MBBCh) at the Medical University of Sofia, Bulgaria in 1996, followed by residency training in neurosurgery at Sofia's Clinical Centre of Neurosurgery under pioneering Bulgarian neurosurgeons. He obtained his Certificate of Excellence in Neurosurgery from the Bulgarian National Board in 2003 and trained at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences under Prof. B.S. Sharma, a former president of the Skull Base Surgery Society of India.

Dr. Saleh spent eight years (2004–2012) at the Neurosurgery National Centre at Ibn Sina Hospital in Kuwait, where he developed extensive expertise in neurovascular and skull base surgery, spasticity management with Baclofen pump therapy, and the treatment of neck pain, back pain, and sciatica. He has also worked as a trauma and spine neurosurgeon at Mafraq Hospital in Abu Dhabi. His practice focuses on surgical solutions for spinal disorders, brain tumours, hydrocephalus, and related conditions affecting movement and nerve function.
