Dr. Bivianne Padmanabhan

Bivianne Padmanabhan is a physiotherapist with over 16 years of clinical experience across India and the United Arab Emirates. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, along with a Fellowship in Radiology for Physiotherapists and certification as an Orthopedic Manual Therapist. She currently practises at Reem Hospital in Abu Dhabi.

Her clinical work focuses on helping people recover from sports injuries, return to athletic activity, and manage orthopaedic conditions through tailored rehabilitation programmes. She also specialises in women's pelvic floor health, offering both non-invasive and invasive rehabilitation approaches. Additionally, she designs exercise programmes for people managing chronic lifestyle conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity. Her hands-on techniques include dry needling, manual therapy, neurokinetic therapy, and targeted control exercises for the hip, foot and ankle.
