Dr. Sagimole Tojichen

Dr. Sagimole Tojichen is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Medeor Hospital in Dubai, with over 16 years of experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, including 11 years in the United Arab Emirates. She began her career in 2002 as a Voluntary Lecturer at Alleppey Government Medical College in Kerala, India, then progressed through roles at Mother Hospital in Thrissur as a specialist trainee, and later moved to the UAE where she worked as a GP obstetrician and gynaecologist at Medcare Hospital before becoming a specialist at International Modern Hospital (IMH) in Dubai.

Dr. Tojichen provides comprehensive care across normal and high-risk pregnancies, caesarean and instrumental deliveries, and specialises in keyhole (laparoscopic) surgery for conditions including fibroid removal, ovarian cyst removal, endometriosis treatment, and uterus removal. She also manages recurrent pregnancy loss, infertility evaluation and treatment, preconception counselling, menopausal problems, and pelvic floor repair. She holds certifications in obstetric ultrasound, fetal diagnosis, colposcopy, and both diagnostic and operative keyhole procedures (hysteroscopy and laparoscopy).

She is particularly interested in vaginal birth after caesarean and fertility-enhancing surgery. Dr. Tojichen is a member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (UK), Dubai Health Authority, and the UAE Ministry of Health, and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.
