Dr. Sara Elsaid

Sara Elsaid is a clinical psychologist from Sweden with specialised training in neuropsychology. She holds a Master of Psychology from Mid University in Sweden, along with advanced qualifications in neuropsychology from the National Board of Social Health Affairs and clinical supervision training from Karolinska Institute. She is licensed to practise as a clinical psychologist and currently works at American Hospital Dubai.

Sarah's main focus is conducting neuropsychological assessments to diagnose Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across children, adolescents, and adults. Beyond assessment, she has five years of experience delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a evidence-based talking therapy. She is skilled in treating a wide range of psychological conditions including stress, phobias, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, panic attacks, and borderline personality disorder. Her research background includes work at Lund University on how sound environments affect children with ADHD.
