Dr. Miki Yamamoto Balin

Dr. Miki Yamamoto Balin is a pediatrician with over 10 years of clinical experience caring for infants, children, and adolescents. She trained in the Philippines, earning her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila and her bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of the Philippines. She is a diplomate of the Philippine Pediatric Society and a registered physical therapist, bringing a unique combined perspective to child health.

In the Philippines, Dr. Balin worked as a pediatric consultant at The Medical City Pasig and Tricity Medical Center, building expertise in newborn care, acute childhood illnesses, growth assessment, and developmental milestones. Since 2009, she has practiced in the UAE, working with private hospitals in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi before joining Mediclinic. Her practice focuses on preventative healthcare, diagnosis and treatment of common neonatal and pediatric conditions, and supporting healthy child development.
