Dr. Manar Trab

Dr. Manar Trab is a vascular surgeon trained in Syria and Germany with broad experience in both open and minimally invasive vascular surgery. He qualified with an MD from the University of Aleppo, Syria, then specialised in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery in Germany. He has worked at Dreifaltigkeits Hospital in Lippstadt, Germany, at Tawam Hospital in Al Ain, and in the private healthcare sector across the UAE. He currently practises at Mediclinic City Hospital, Dubai.

Dr. Trab manages a wide range of vascular conditions using modern techniques. He treats varicose veins using radiofrequency ablation and sclerotherapy, performs diagnostic and interventional angiography (including angioplasty, stent placement, and endografts), and specialises in diabetic foot care and limb salvage repair for patients at risk of amputation. He also handles vascular trauma and creates vascular access sites for haemodialysis fistulas and chemotherapy ports. His diagnostic work includes vascular ultrasound, duplex scanning, and Doppler studies for non-invasive assessment.
