Dr. Saira Aatif

Dr. Saira Aatif is an Obstetrics & Gynaecology Specialist with over 15 years of clinical experience in women's health. She qualified from Punjab University, Lahore in 2003 and completed four years of specialist training at King Edward Medical University & Allied Hospitals in Pakistan, earning her fellowship from the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan in 2012. She also holds qualification from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. Before joining Danat Al Emarat Hospital in Abu Dhabi, she worked as a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City.

Dr. Aatif's clinical practice covers the full spectrum of obstetrics and gynaecology. She provides antenatal (pregnancy) and postpartum care, manages normal vaginal deliveries and instrumental deliveries, performs caesarean sections, and offers contraception counselling. She diagnoses and treats general gynaecology problems including heavy periods, irregular menstrual cycles, menopausal symptoms, early pregnancy complications, recurrent miscarriages, and pelvic pain. She has particular expertise in high-risk pregnancies and is skilled in cervical cancer screening, infertility management, and independent management of major and minor obstetric and gynaecological procedures.
