Dr. Venkata Chittajallu is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon with over 27 years of experience in musculoskeletal medicine. He completed his medical degree (MBBS) from Guntur Medical College in India and went on to earn his postgraduate qualification (DNB) in Orthopaedic Surgery from Mumbai. He trained further with a fellowship in joint replacements from Germany and completed an Arab Spine Diploma in the UAE, where he has now worked for the past decade.
He brings broad expertise across trauma care, spine conditions, knee arthroscopy (keyhole knee surgery), and joint reconstruction. He is particularly skilled in managing work-related lower back pain and has developed a reputation for tailoring treatment plans to suit each patient's individual circumstances, including their social and economic situation. Before joining NMC Healthcare in Dubai, he worked as a consultant orthopaedic surgeon at Apollo Hospitals in Chennai.
