Dr. Mohamed A. Mohamed

Dr. Mohamed A. Mohamed is a Staff Physician in the Hospital Medicine Program at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi's Integrated Hospital Care Institute. He trained in internal medicine at Berkshire Medical Center in Massachusetts and earned his medical degree from Cairo University School of Medicine in Egypt. Before joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, he worked as a hospitalist and internal medicine consultant at major US medical centers including Mercy Medical Center and Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he spent over a decade in direct patient care.

Dr. Mohamed specializes in the diagnosis and management of acute medical conditions in hospitalized patients. His clinical focus includes heart failure, high blood pressure, pneumonia, irregular heart rhythms, and diabetes. He brings extensive experience in in-patient care and has taught internal medicine at both the University of New England Osteopathic School of Medicine and Tufts University School of Medicine from 2011 to 2019.
