Dr. Babak Salehi

Dr. Babak Salehi is a board-certified gastroenterologist with over 15 years of clinical experience. He specializes in advanced endoscopic procedures, particularly those involving the pancreas and bile ducts (ERCP and pancreatobiliary interventions). He completed a 6-month endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) fellowship and received additional training in Germany in 2012, which strengthened his technical expertise in complex cases.

Dr. Salehi manages a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions using both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy. His key areas of practice include treating gastrointestinal bleeding with variceal ligation, removing difficult polyps, performing endoscopic mucosal resection for early cancers, and placing feeding tubes via endoscopy. He is experienced in navigating challenging anatomy and complicated cases that require precision technique.
