Dr. Wissam S. Najim Alobaidi

Dr. Wissam S. Najim Alobaidi is an orthopedic surgeon with over 25 years of surgical experience managing complex bone and joint disorders. He completed his Board degree in Traumatology and Orthopaedics from Baghdad Alnahrain University in 2001, and has worked in major tertiary hospitals throughout his career at NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi.

He treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions across trauma and fractures—from simple breaks to complicated injuries—using both conservative approaches and minimally invasive surgical techniques, as well as full open reconstruction when needed. He specializes in knee and hip problems, offering joint preservation and joint replacement procedures, including total knee and total hip replacements using navigation-assisted and robotic-control arthroplasty. He also manages sports injuries, hand and foot injuries (both bone and soft tissue, acute and chronic), and performs arthroscopic interventions.
