Dr. Javariah Siddiqui

Dr. Javariah Siddiqui is an Australian board-certified general surgeon with advanced training in colorectal surgery. She holds dual degrees (MBBS and BMedSc) from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Surgery in Colorectal from the University of Sydney. She completed her specialist surgical training at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital network in Sydney before obtaining Fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS). She then undertook a colorectal fellowship in the United Kingdom, endorsed by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, where she developed expertise in minimally invasive keyhole colorectal surgery, trans-anal minimally invasive surgery (TAMIS), and robotic techniques.

Dr. Siddiqui treats a wide range of colorectal and general surgical conditions using both traditional open surgery and minimally invasive approaches. She performs colonoscopy and gastroscopy for screening and diagnosis, bowel cancer surgery, hernia repair, appendix and gallbladder removal, and proctology procedures such as hemorrhoid and fistula treatment. She also holds accreditation in upper gastrointestinal endoscopy and colonoscopy from the Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA).
