Dr. Arunodaya Mohan

Dr. Arunodaya Mohan is a British board-certified Consultant Haematologist with over 15 years of experience managing blood disorders in London university hospitals and district general hospitals across Greater London, Kent, Medway, Oxford and Surrey. She has completed foundation training in medical and surgical specialties and basic paediatric training, and holds fellowships from the Royal College of Pathology and Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health.

Dr. Mohan has extensive expertise in both malignant (cancerous) and non-malignant blood conditions. She treats blood cancers including Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas, acute leukaemias, multiple myeloma, and myeloproliferative disorders such as polycythemia vera and primary myelofibrosis. She also manages immune-related conditions like immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), sickle cell disease, thalassemia, and various causes of anaemia and low blood cell counts. She actively recruits patients to clinical trials and has particular expertise in laboratory diagnostics including flow cytometry interpretation.

Beyond direct patient care, Dr. Mohan leads quality improvement initiatives, contributes to clinical guideline development, and mentors trainee haematologists and junior doctors. She is known for her collaborative, patient-centred approach and her commitment to investigating serious incidents to improve clinical practice.
