About Dr. Fawaz Al Majali
Dr. Fawaz Al-Majali is a Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Medcare Hospital, Sharjah, with over three decades of clinical experience. He trained across three continents—earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Tehran University (Iran) and Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Zurich (Switzerland), followed by specialist fellowships in oral and maxillofacial surgery from both the University Hospital of Zurich and the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland. He also completed a Diploma in Head and Neck Surgery at the Tokyo National Cancer Centre (Japan).
Dr. Al-Majali's practice spans the full breadth of oral and maxillofacial conditions: dental implants using advanced German and Swiss systems, surgical removal of impacted wisdom teeth, treatment of jawbone cysts and tumours, repair of facial fractures and trauma, and management of temporomandibular joint (jaw joint) disorders. He performs both complex resection (tissue removal) and reconstruction, as well as corrective jaw surgery with bone grafting and soft tissue procedures.
Beyond clinical work, he has trained dentists and dental surgeons at Jordan University of Science and Technology and Ajman University, and has served on examination, licensing, and dental-malpractice committees for both the Ministry of Health and Dubai Health Authority. He is a member of the European Association of Cranio-Facial Surgery.
