Dr. Zaki Kamal Zaki

Dr Zaki Kamal is a consultant urologist at NMC Healthcare Sharjah with over 22 years of clinical experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. He trained at Minya University in Egypt for his medical degree, followed by specialist training in urology at Cairo University. He holds fellowship credentials from the Egyptian Board of Urology and has worked across leading hospitals in the region, building extensive expertise in complex urological conditions.

His main focus is on prostate care — both minimally invasive and open surgical approaches — alongside treatment of kidney and ureteric stones using techniques such as laser lithotripsy, shock wave lithotripsy, and percutaneous nephrolithotomy (keyhole stone removal). He also manages fluid collections around the testicles, varicocele (enlarged veins in the scrotum), undescended testicles, and urethral strictures, as well as providing expertise in erectile dysfunction and andrology.
