Dr. Fadhil Hussein Ghayb Al Rubaye

Dr. Fadhil Hussein Ghayb Al Rubaye is a Consultant Pediatric Cardiologist with 26 years of clinical experience across outpatient and inpatient pediatric cardiac care. He has held leadership positions at major cardiac centers, including serving as Head of Pediatric Cardiology at Dubai Hospital Cardiac Centre for nearly a decade, and has worked at Ibn Al Nafees Cardiac Centre in Iraq and Al Jalila Children's Specialty Hospital in the UAE. He currently practices at Medeor Hospital.

Dr. Al Rubaye specializes in diagnosing and treating congenital heart disease (heart problems present from birth) using both non-invasive imaging and catheter-based interventional procedures. He is highly experienced in echocardiography (ultrasound of the heart), ECG interpretation, Holter monitoring (24-hour heart rhythm recording), and exercise stress testing. He also manages acquired heart conditions in children, irregular heartbeats, chest pain, and fainting episodes, as well as adults with congenital heart disease.

Beyond clinical care, Dr. Al Rubaye provides pre-surgical medical clearances, fitness assessments for school, travel, and other activities, and works closely with emergency, neonatal, and pediatric teams. He is committed to education, serving as a clinical adjunct assistant professor at Dubai Medical College and Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences.
