Dr. Mohamed Mokhtar is a Consultant Anesthesiologist at Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital in Abu Dhabi with 27 years of experience in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine. He completed his medical training in Egypt, earning his MBBCh and a Master's Degree in Anaesthesia and ICU. Throughout his career, he has managed complex patients in high-dependency settings, making him an experienced physician in both perioperative and critical care environments.

Dr. Mokhtar specializes in a broad range of anesthesia techniques—general, spinal (epidural), regional, and local anesthesia—as well as pain relief for labor.
