Dr. Kenneth Dougan (ID*)

Dr. Kenneth Dougan is an American pediatrician with deep expertise in general pediatrics and pediatric blood disorders and cancers. He graduated from New York Medical College in 1982 and completed his residency at UCSF, where he was selected as Chief Resident in Pediatrics at San Francisco General Hospital. He then trained as a fellow in pediatric hematology and oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City, one of the world's leading cancer institutions.

For the past 25 years, Dr. Dougan has served as both a general pediatrician and pediatric blood and cancer specialist at Kaiser Permanente in Hawaii. He has held significant leadership roles, including chief of quality assurance for Kaiser's pediatrics department, overseeing a team of 25 general pediatricians. Beyond cancer and blood disorders, he manages asthma, eczema, and other skin conditions in children, as well as pediatric hospital care. He has been board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics since 1987.
