Dr. Dima Abdul Jabbar

Dr. Dima Abdul Jabbar is a Staff Physician in Medical Oncology and Hematology at the Cancer Institute, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, with over 12 years of clinical experience. She earned her medical degree from Al Mustansiriyah University in Baghdad, Iraq, then completed residency training in internal medicine at St. John Hospital and Medical Center/Wayne State University in Michigan, USA, followed by a fellowship in medical oncology at the University of Nevada. She holds board certification in both internal medicine and medical oncology.

Dr. Abdul Jabbar has broad expertise in managing solid tumours and blood cancers. Her practice includes breast cancer, gastrointestinal and colorectal cancers, lung cancers, melanoma, sarcoma, pancreatic and liver cancers, and blood disorders such as leukaemia and lymphoma. She works with chemotherapy and immunotherapy and is experienced in hereditary cancer risk assessment. Before joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, she served as Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center (University of South Florida) and held consultant roles at leading hospitals in Florida and the UAE.
