Dr. Lok Wah Noah So

Dr Noah So is an orthopaedic surgeon from Hong Kong with over 13 years' experience treating both children and adults. He trained at Queen Mary Hospital, a major trauma centre and teaching hospital of the University of Hong Kong, where he managed hip fractures, infections, knee osteoarthritis and trauma. He holds fellowships from both the Hong Kong Academy of Medicine and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr So specialises in paediatric orthopaedics and has spent 6 years at the Duchess of Kent Children's Hospital managing complex children's bone and joint problems. Since 2019, he has been part of the team establishing Hong Kong Children's Hospital's paediatric orthopaedic service. His experience covers developmental hip dysplasia, clubfoot, limb deformities, skeletal dysplasia, osteogenesis imperfecta (brittle bone disease), cerebral palsy and neuromuscular disorders. He also manages paediatric trauma and congenital hand conditions such as extra fingers or webbed fingers.

Dr So is committed to working with children and families in a supportive, compassionate way. He is equally experienced in adult orthopaedics, including hip and knee replacement, shoulder care, arthroscopy and general trauma management.
