Dr. Moutaz El Kadri is a Consultant Cardiac Electrophysiologist with a rare combination of doctoral research expertise and high-volume clinical experience. He earned his medical degree from the University of Aleppo, his Master's in Cardiology from the University of Brighton, and his PhD in Cellular Electrophysiology from the University of Liverpool, where he developed a deep understanding of the mechanisms behind heart rhythm disorders. He completed his cardiology and electrophysiology training at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital in 2012, followed by a two-year advanced fellowship in catheter ablation and cardiac devices at the University of Michigan, one of the United States' most distinguished cardiac programs.

Dr. El Kadri returned to the UK as a Consultant at Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital before moving to Abu Dhabi in 2016 to become Director of Electrophysiology Services at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, one of the UAE's leading public healthcare institutions. He now sees patients at Mediclinic Hospital in Abu Dhabi and Valiant Clinic in Dubai. He holds the UK Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) in Cardiology—the formal recognition of NHS specialist status—and is certified in electrophysiology and cardiac devices by the UK, European, and US heart rhythm societies simultaneously, meeting three international standards of care at once.

He provides comprehensive heart rhythm care for both adults and children, including non-invasive electrophysiology assessment, complex catheter ablation (keyhole procedures to correct irregular heartbeats), and advanced cardiac device implantation and management. His clinical work is informed by his doctoral-level understanding of the heart's electrical system.
