Dr. Mohamed Khalafallah

Dr. Mohamed Khalafallah is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over two decades of clinical experience. He trained at Menofia University in Egypt, where he earned his medical degree in 2000, followed by a Master's in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2006 and a Doctor of Medicine in the same specialty in 2012. He began his medical practice in 2002 as a resident, progressed to specialist level in 2006, and achieved consultant status in 2012. Before joining NMC Healthcare in Abu Dhabi, he worked as a Senior Specialist at a maternity hospital in Kuwait under the Ministry of Health.

Dr. Khalafallah manages a broad range of women's health conditions, from routine pregnancy care to complex high-risk pregnancies, as well as gynaecological disorders including infertility, recurrent miscarriage, endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, and abnormal vaginal bleeding. He is skilled in both vaginal and caesarean deliveries, and has particular expertise in minimally invasive techniques. His surgical repertoire includes hysterectomy, fibroid removal, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopic procedures. He is also experienced in gynaecological oncology, including colposcopy and management of cervical, uterine, and ovarian tumors, as well as treating urinary incontinence and vaginal prolapse.
