Dr. Abdul Rahman Agha El Kinge

Dr. Abdul Rahman Agha El Kinge is a Consultant in Medical Oncology and Haematology with over 18 years of experience in the Middle East. He currently leads the Oncology and Hematology Department at NMC Healthcare Sharjah, where he provides comprehensive care for patients with complex cancer and blood disorders. His training includes postdoctoral studies in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Haematology and Oncology at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, with specialized breast cancer training at MD Anderson Cancer Center in the USA.

Dr. El Kinge treats a broad range of solid tumors including breast, liver, gastrointestinal, lung, pancreatic, urinary tract and brain cancers, as well as blood cancers such as lymphoma and other haematologic malignancies. He has extensive experience with targeted therapy, molecular therapy, and immunotherapy. He is particularly recognized for his expertise in managing blood clotting disorders, bleeding disorders, and cancer-related blood clots—conditions that demand precision and specialized knowledge.

His approach combines evidence-based medicine with personalized care tailored to each patient's unique circumstances. Dr. El Kinge has been recognized for quality improvement contributions, earning the Best Performance Doctor Award for two consecutive years during his tenure as Assistant Quality Director. He is actively involved in medical education and advancing oncology practice across the region.
