Dr. Vidhu Sindwani

Dr. Vidhu Sindwani is a physiotherapist who joins Mediclinic from a private practice in India, where she formulated and delivered individualized treatment programmes and provided specialist physiotherapy advice to patients and caregivers. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Physiotherapy from Sheffield Hallam University, UK, and a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from Indraprastha University in Delhi, India.

Vidhu has extensive experience in acute and chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, as well as women's health physiotherapy. She is skilled in rehabilitation techniques including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and electrotherapy. She is also trained in acupuncture and kinesiology taping, and treats patients with chronic neurological conditions. Her particular expertise in women's health includes treatment of stress urinary incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunctions, and antenatal and postnatal issues.

She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council in the UK, ensuring her practice meets recognised professional standards.
