Dr. Hamza Rahhal

Dr. Hamza Rahhal is a consultant pediatrician with over 15 years of experience across all aspects of pediatric care and management. He holds the Arab Board of Health Specializations in pediatrics and a master's degree from Damascus University. He practices at Saudi German Hospital Dubai, where he leads clinical work in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

Dr. Rahhal has broad expertise in acute and chronic pediatric diseases, newborn care and follow-up, allergy and asthma management, immunization, growth and development monitoring, and nutrition assessment. He is particularly experienced in managing high-risk and complex medical emergencies: respiratory distress and failure requiring breathing support (CPAP, BiPAP, high-flow oxygen), diabetic emergencies (DKA), different types of shock, sepsis, severe injuries, and traumatic brain injury. He also provides post-operative care and pain management for children.
