Dr. Marina Joseph

Dr. Marina Joseph is a Clinical Psychologist at Zulekha Hospital, Sharjah, with more than 12 years of experience working across leading hospitals in India and the UAE. She holds an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology and a Ph.D in Family Therapy, and is a certified member of the British Psychological Society and affiliated with the American Psychological Association.

Dr. Joseph conducts comprehensive psychological assessments using psychometric testing, personality tests, and standardized scales to evaluate intellectual, cognitive, emotional, social, and behavioral functioning. She provides therapy for children and adolescents with behavioral difficulties such as oppositional behavior, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), temper tantrums, and social anxiety. She also performs IQ testing, aptitude assessments, and evaluations for autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, and intellectual disability.

Her special interests include anxiety disorders (social anxiety, health anxiety, phobias, and obsessive-compulsive disorder), relationship counseling for marital conflict and communication problems, personality disorders, and psychogenic stammering.
