Dr. Bimaljeet Kaur

Dr. Bimaljeet Kaur is a Specialist in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at Zulekha Hospital, Sharjah, with over 21 years of experience in diagnostic pathology. She completed her postgraduate training in Pathology at Lady Hardinge Medical College in India and subsequently worked in leading laboratories across India before moving to the UAE. Prior to joining Zulekha Hospital, she led histopathology and cytology services at Sunny New Medical Centre in the Sharjah region.

Dr. Kaur's clinical expertise covers the full range of tissue diagnosis, including surgical histopathology, dermatopathology, breast and thyroid pathology, and cancer-related pathology (oncopathology). She is skilled in fine needle aspiration cytology (needle biopsies guided by ultrasound or CT scan), liver and kidney biopsies, frozen section diagnosis for urgent intraoperative results, and specialized staining and immunohistochemistry techniques that help identify disease at a cellular level.
