Dr. Abdulkadir Ali Farah

Dr. Abdulkadir Ali Farah is a consultant radiologist with training and certification from the United Kingdom and Danish Board of Radiology. He has built his career across Scandinavia and the UK, holding positions at hospitals in Norway and Sweden before becoming a general consultant radiologist at major NHS trusts including University Hospital Lewisham and East Surrey Hospital. His work spans cross-sectional imaging—MRI, CT and ultrasound—as well as conventional X-ray.

Dr. Farah's clinical focus centers on musculoskeletal imaging (bones, joints and soft tissues), cardiac CT scans, peripheral artery imaging, and cancer-related imaging. He has led departmental imaging services in musculoskeletal and neuro-imaging, and has been instrumental in establishing joint clinical meetings between radiologists and specialists in neurology, pain management, haematology and gastrointestinal conditions.

He is deeply committed to training and mentoring radiologists and radiographers, with involvement in governance and audit. He is a member of the British Medical Association, Royal College of Radiology, Danish Medical Association, Danish Society of Radiology and International Cancer Imaging Society. He is fluent in Danish and English.
