Dr. Kamal Akkach

Dr. Kamal Akkach is a Consultant in Internal Medicine at King's College Hospital London in Dubai, with nearly four decades of clinical practice. He graduated from Semmelweis Medical University in Budapest, Hungary, in 1986 and subsequently earned the Diplomacy of the European Academy of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care. He then relocated to the United States, where he obtained double American Board Certification in both Internal Medicine and Paediatrics. He holds recognition as a GCAA Aviation Medicine Specialist.

Dr. Akkach's broad clinical expertise spans internal medicine, paediatrics, anesthesiology, intensive care medicine, and aviation medicine. Before joining King's College Hospital, he founded HealthBay Polyclinic, one of Dubai's largest outpatient centres, demonstrating his commitment to building accessible healthcare services.
