Dr. Joe Mathew

Dr. Joe Mathew is a Specialist Dermatologist with 19 years of clinical experience in general dermatology, paediatric skin conditions, and cosmetic treatments. He trained at DY Patil Medical College & Research Institute in India, where he completed his MBBS, and then earned his MD in Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy (DVL) from Rajah Muthaiah Medical College & Hospital. Before joining NMC Medical Centre in Sharjah, he worked in Kuwait and has built expertise across both medical and cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Mathew offers a full range of dermatological services, from routine skin conditions to advanced cosmetic procedures. His technical skills include laser hair reduction, botulinum toxin injections (Botox), cryotherapy (freezing treatment for skin lesions), skin biopsies, chemical peeling, and mesotherapy (injectable skin rejuvenation).
