Dr. Rabab Hosny Gabr

Dr Rabab Hosny Gabr is a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 25 years of clinical experience across government and private healthcare sectors in the UAE. She holds an MBBCH from Dubai Medical College (2000), Arab Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, and recently obtained her Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (MRCOG) from the UK in 2025. She has also completed advanced training including a Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery (2008) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Ultrasound Technology from the University of Sharjah.

Dr Rabab specialises in managing high-risk pregnancies, including gestational diabetes, high blood pressure in pregnancy, and pre-eclampsia. She has extensive experience with repeated caesarean sections, vaginal birth after caesarean (VBAC), and instrumental delivery. Beyond pregnancy care, she treats infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), adolescent pregnancy concerns, and menstrual disorders. Her surgical skills encompass keyhole (laparoscopic) and endoscopic gynaecological procedures, including hysterectomy and ovarian cyst removal.

Starting her career at Dubai Hospital and Al Latifa Hospital in Dubai, Dr Rabab has progressed through prominent healthcare institutions across the UAE. Most recently, she worked at NMC Royal Hospital Abu Dhabi before joining NMC Specialty Hospital Al Ain, where she is recognised for both clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.
