Dr. Colin Enoch Bullard

Dr. Colin Enoch Bullard is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine with over 18 years of clinical experience across Canada and the Bahamas. He completed his postgraduate training and fellowship in Emergency Medicine at the University of Western Ontario, where he also served as Chief Resident. He holds the Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCP(C)) and has led emergency medicine services at multiple institutions, including serving as Chief of Service at Princess Margaret Hospital in the Bahamas.

Dr. Bullard manages all types of acute illnesses and injuries, with particular expertise in toxicology and emergency trauma care. He has held several leadership roles overseeing emergency transport services, trauma systems, and residency training programmes. His clinical focus spans the full spectrum of emergency presentations, from life-threatening conditions to acute injuries requiring rapid assessment and intervention.

He is now Director of Telemedicine at American Hospital Dubai and brings extensive experience in remote clinical services. Dr. Bullard is well-suited for patients seeking emergency care or consultation, particularly those with complex acute presentations or requiring specialist emergency medicine input.
