Dr. Lama Ghotmi

Dr. Lama Ghotmi is a physiotherapist with over eight years of clinical experience in rehabilitation and body mechanics. She holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree (2019) and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree (2016), both from Beirut Arab University in Lebanon. She trained in various hospitals and outpatient clinics before establishing and managing her own physiotherapy center from 2017 to 2022. She now works at Mediclinic Al Madar's Spine Physiotherapy Department, where she serves as a supervisor.

Dr. Ghotmi treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, with particular expertise in post-operative rehabilitation following knee and hip replacements, ACL reconstruction, shoulder arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair, and spinal surgeries. She also provides conservative (non-surgical) physiotherapy and specializes in scoliosis rehabilitation using Schroth Therapy. Her clinical toolkit includes spinal and peripheral manipulation, medical acupuncture with dry needling, kinesiotaping, and advanced manual therapy techniques.

She is fluent in English and Arabic and takes a patient-centered, evidence-based approach to treatment. Dr. Ghotmi is a good fit for patients recovering from orthopedic or spinal surgery, those with sports injuries, or anyone seeking specialized rehabilitation for movement and structural issues.
