Dr. Sajad Ali Mohammad

Dr. Sajad Ali Mohammad is a Consultant General, Laparoscopic, and Bariatric Surgeon at Zulekha Hospital, Sharjah, with over 15 years of surgical experience. He trained at Government Medical College, Jammu, India, and completed advanced fellowship training in minimal-access (keyhole) surgery at Bhopal Memorial Hospital & Research Center. He also holds a diploma in advanced laparoscopic surgery from IRCAD in France, and previously worked as a general and laparoscopic surgeon at Sanad Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for more than five years.

Dr. Sajad specializes in bariatric surgery (weight-loss procedures), laparoscopic and general surgery, trauma surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and surgical oncology (cancer surgery). He is a certified trainer for the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) program and serves as a reviewer for surgical case reports in international journals. He is fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, and Kashmiri.
