Dr. Haytham Alshikh

Haytham Alshikh is a physiotherapist at Reem Hospital in Abu Dhabi with over 20 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation. He trained at Cairo University in Egypt, where he earned his bachelor's degree in physiotherapy, and later completed a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) qualification to deepen his expertise. Before joining Reem Hospital, he worked at several well-established rehabilitation centers in Egypt and the UAE, building broad experience across different patient populations and conditions.

He specializes in treating neurological conditions in children—including developmental delays and spinal abnormalities—as well as adult neurological and musculoskeletal disorders. Haytham is committed to continued learning and has pursued additional training courses and certifications to expand his clinical knowledge and skills.

He takes a patient-centered approach, actively involving patients and their families in planning care to achieve the best possible outcomes. He speaks both English and Arabic.
