Dr. Layla Al Marzooqi

Dr. Layla Al Marzooqi is a Consultant Pediatric Endocrinologist with more than 15 years of experience treating children's hormonal and metabolic disorders. She trained at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, where she earned her MB BCh, and completed specialized training in pediatric endocrinology at LMU University Clinic in Munich, Germany. She holds German Board certification in Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine and has practiced across both Europe and the UAE.

Dr. Al Marzooqi treats the full spectrum of endocrine conditions in children, including type 1 and type 2 diabetes, growth hormone deficiency, short stature, thyroid disorders (overactive and underactive), puberty disorders, and metabolic problems like insulin resistance and obesity. She offers modern management approaches including insulin pump therapy and blood glucose monitoring with current technology, alongside treatment of disorders affecting the pituitary gland, adrenal glands, calcium regulation, and vitamin D deficiency.

She is known for combining extensive clinical expertise with a child-centered approach, ensuring young patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their care.
