Dr. Alia Al Mualla

Dr. Alia Al Mualla is a Consultant in Dermatology at Medcare Women and Children Hospital in Dubai. She trained in Pakistan and the UK, earning her medical degree from the University of Punjab and specialist qualifications in dermatology from Cardiff University. She also holds an Arab Board Specialisation in Dermatology and Venereology and an Executive Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Zayed University in the UAE.

Over more than two decades working in the UAE, Dr. Al Mualla has built deep expertise across medical, surgical, aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology. She diagnoses and treats a wide range of skin conditions including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancer, bacterial and fungal infections, and vitiligo. She is skilled in modern treatments such as Botox injections, dermal fillers, and laser therapy. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Rashid Hospital, including Director of the Dermatology Residency Programme, before joining Medcare.
