Dr. Ahmed Salem Anwar

Dr. Ahmed Salem Anwar is a family medicine specialist with over 22 years of experience managing a broad range of medical conditions in primary care. He trained at Ain Shams University, completing his MBBS in 2002 and later obtaining a Certificate of Higher Studies of Specialization in Family Medicine. He now practises at Mediclinic in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Ahmed has developed particular expertise in chronic disease management, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, obesity, cardiovascular disease and gastrointestinal conditions. He manages complex cases such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol in primary care settings, and has substantial experience in screening and preventive medicine to help patients stay well.
