Dr. Zainab Enas Nashef

Ms. Zainab Enas Nashef is a Certified Clinical Dietician at NMC Royal Hospital in Abu Dhabi with 5 years of professional experience in nutrition and dietetics. She holds a bachelor's degree with honors in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sharjah, completed clinical internships at governmental hospitals, and finished a postgraduate program at NMC before becoming a Registered Clinical Dietitian in Abu Dhabi. She is fluent in English and Arabic.

Ms. Nashef works across inpatient and outpatient settings, including cardiac care units, medical wards, and clinic counseling. She specializes in medical nutrition therapy for diabetes (type 1, type 2, and gestational), obesity and weight management across all ages, gastrointestinal disorders (including GERD, coeliac disease, IBS, and inflammatory bowel disease), renal disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, eating disorders, and critical care nutrition. She also provides specialized nutrition support for women during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Ms. Nashef is committed to evidence-based nutritional counseling and develops personalized nutrition plans tailored to each patient's medical conditions and health goals. She regularly updates her knowledge through professional courses and workshops and is an active member of the American Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and ASPEN.
