Dr. Sindhu Lohana

Dr. Sindhu Lohana is a paediatrician with over 11 years of clinical experience across Pakistan and the UAE. She completed her MBBS at Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences in 2013, followed by four years of paediatrics residency training at Liaquat National Hospital in Karachi (2015–2019). Recognising her particular interest in newborn care, she pursued a two-year fellowship in neonatology at Aga Khan University Hospital. Before joining NMC Healthcare in 2024, she worked as an Emergency Physician and later as Senior Registrar in Paediatrics at Dow University Hospital.

Dr. Sindhu manages the full spectrum of child health, from premature infants to complex paediatric conditions. Her clinical areas include asthma and allergies, respiratory infections, gastroenteritis, epilepsy and febrile seizures, growth and developmental assessment, neonatal care and complications, nutritional counselling, childhood obesity, skin conditions, diabetes and endocrine disorders, behavioural and developmental concerns (including ADHD and autism screening), infectious diseases, and blood disorders.
