Dr. Arwa Ashoor

Dr. Arwa Ashoor is a Consultant Breast Oncoplastic and Reconstructive Surgeon at Saudi German Hospital in Dubai, with more than 15 years of clinical experience. She trained at leading international centres including the European Institute of Oncology in Milan, the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, Brussels University Hospital, and completed a master's degree in Reconstructive Breast Surgery and Breast Aesthetics from the University of Barcelona. Her approach combines advanced cancer surgery techniques with aesthetic principles to preserve breast appearance and patient confidence.

Dr. Ashoor specializes in breast cancer surgery with immediate reconstruction, oncoplastic and reconstructive procedures using advanced techniques and local chest-wall flaps, cosmetic breast surgery (implants, reduction, lifting, nipple correction), and management of benign breast conditions such as lumps, pain, discharge, and infection. She also treats male breast conditions. She offers early breast cancer screening and detection services, and places equal emphasis on oncological safety and cosmetic outcomes to protect patients' self-image and psychological wellbeing.

Dr. Ashoor is fluent in five languages (Arabic, English, French, Italian, and Spanish), enabling her to serve a diverse patient community. She holds research degrees and has published her work on surgery, oncology, and breast cancer in peer-reviewed journals, presenting at national and international conferences. She practised as a Consultant in UK teaching hospitals before relocating to Dubai.
