Dr Giovanni Brambilla is a Consultant in Internal Medicine with over 20 years of clinical experience across Italy, France, and the UK. He graduated from the University of Milan in 1998 and completed his specialist training in Internal Medicine in 2004, including focused experience in respiratory medicine in France. He has worked in acute general medicine at leading hospitals including Niguarda Hospital in Milan, St Thomas' Hospital in London, and Princess Alexandra Hospital where he served as Clinical Service Lead for Acute Medicine before joining Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

Dr Brambilla specialises in managing pericarditis (inflammation of the heart lining), pericardial disease, and heart failure. He is particularly known for his work on acute recurrent pericarditis, having published numerous articles in international peer-reviewed journals on this topic.
